Mission Statement for VileTech Computer Solutions Sales Department

The VileTech Computer Solutions sales department is committed to enhancing the financial condition of the company by the aggressive, informed and profitable selling of its quality products and services. The VileTech Computer Solutions sales department is committed to educating its employees regarding the creative and manufacturing processes of the company, specific product and service specifications, as well as assessing product description and differentiation.

The sales department will take a lead or supporting role in the following areas:

• Order planning (sales forecasting and capacity planning).
• Order generation.
• Cost estimation and pricing.
• Order, receipt and entry.
• Order selection and prioritization.
• Scheduling.
• Fulfillment (procurement, manufacturing, assembling, testing, shipping and installation).
• Billing.
• Returns and claims.
• Post-sales service.
